1. Adding a Package
Go to the Invoice form and in the line items section select "Add Package" and click the "Go" button.
Select the service type for the package. If clients will be billed by both the per session and package package billing methods, it's important that you create a separate package variation in your Service List so that package balances will be correct.
Complete the other fields. You can track packages by lesson or by hour by setting this on your Account Settings page.
2. Approve the Invoice
In order for the package to be added to the client's account, you must click the Approve button.
3. Package Balances
To view your clients' package balances, click the Billing option in the navigation menu and then click the Package Balances option.
All of your clients' package balances are displayed in this table including the total purchased, scheduled, unscheduled, used and unused. As lessons are scheduled and attended, the package balance will decline. To view individual purchases making up a package, clic the view icon.
